First session


4 session package


Our first session is really relaxed and is dedicated to getting to know each other and establishing your goals and needs. This is a really important session to get us going on the right path for your healing journey from the get-go. 

Single Session (1 hour)


After our meeting session, we can start actioning your goals. Depending on your needs, your sessions could be a massage, breathing, meditation, yoga or even all 4. 

Custom packages

If you need something slightly different to the standard packages let's chat!

This is includes your first session, and 4x 1 hour sessions.

8 session package


This includes your first session, and 8x 1 hour sessions. This package is perfect for you if you would like 2 sessions per week.
