Our first session is really relaxed and is dedicated to getting to know each other and establishing your goals and needs. This is a really important session to get us going on the right path for your healing journey from the get-go.
After our meeting session, we can start actioning your goals. Depending on your needs, your sessions could be a massage, breathing, meditation, yoga or even all 4.
